I’m Ilina — I moved to the U.S. in 2021 with two suitcases worth of dreams, a Bachelor’s from India’s best fashion school, and years spent scaling luxury fashion and lifestyle brands. While completing my Master’s in Fashion Business I fell in love with beauty, dove into the industry after graduation, and—after being laid off twice from startups I believed in—chose to double down on what I love most: bringing people together. That choice quickly bloomed into Roster Radio!
