Partner perks will be shared in your welcome email. Each offer includes redemption details (promo code, link, or booking instructions) and an expiry date. Perks are provided by partners and subject to their terms; claim early as some offers are limited.

Our quarterly membership rates will be increased in 2026, giving all founding members a price benefit. Founding members who sign up for quarterly membership also receive an extra month of membership, on top of the three month membership. Finally, the first fifty founding members get complimentary access to vivrelle for their first month.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT MY QUARTERLY MEMBERSHIP, TWO MONTHS IN?

We’re working very hard to make sure this membership is worth every penny you spend on it–the hope is that you ask for an annual commitment after your first two months! However, we are not in a position to process refunds on quarterly membership commitments.

WHEN IS MY MEMBERSHIP FEE DUE?


For monthly members, your membership renews automatically every 30 days, beginning on the date you first sign up. For quarterly members, your membership renews automatically every 90 days (every three months) on the same calendar date as your original sign-up. The card you provide at checkout will be charged and a receipt will be emailed to you. To avoid the next renewal, cancel from your account settings before your renewal date. You can update your payment method anytime in your profile.
